It’s been a long time since I’ve seen any country singer, or in this case pair of country singers, generate the interest I’m seeing for Joey and Rory. I have searchers coming to my sight every day, who have found me because they went to Google, or some place like that, and typed in the name of the duet.
So, guys, be a little patient with me. I’m working on an article for you – and should have some new photographs to accompany the article. I would love to have an actual interview with them, but that’s not possible right now, since the due has been very busy traveling across the U.S. promoting their current CD.
But, I have a little help with this article, and as soon as I get myself together, I’ll have it up here for you all. In the meantime, here’s a video of Joey and Rory’s audition for “Can You Duet.”
Randy Travis has been nominated for a Grammy award for best Country Album of the Year. "I spent years going through songs with my longtime producer Kyle Lehning for this album and my career has really come full circle with this release. To be able to go and record this album was amazing, and now to be nominated for it is more than I could ask for. I am very blessed and thankful to all who have supported me throughout this journey."

Rascal Flatts was in New York recently shooting the video for “I’ll be Home for Christmas. The song is on their recently released Greatest Hits Volume 1, and the video made its television debut today.
If you don’t have time to sit in front of the television and wait for the video to air, here it is for you to watch! I think it’s great. I love Rascal Flatts – but I never expected this. This is some great singing, guys!
After spending two weeks at No. 17 on the Top 40 country chart, Randy Houser has moved up one notch this week to the No. 16 slot. Moving up slowly, but still going in the right direction. If I got to “vote” or”pick” … I’d have it a lot farther up than 16t. I love the song. I’ll just keep checking the chart and see where it goes from here.
I guess you all noticed that I’m a huge Randy Houser fan. This kid definitely has a bright career ahead of him. Have you all picked up his CD yet? I was going to get two – for Christmas gifts, but I quickly discovered that wasn’t enough – I bought five.
That’s all for now. Talk to you all real soon. Thanks for the e-mails! I’ll get them answered just as quickly as I can.
