concert2 I know I’ve said a lot about Erwin’s Concert For a Cure these past few weeks. But today I got a video from the show, and I just had to pass it on to you – along with another photo or two.

concert1 I’ve also got two pictures to put up, one of Matt and one of Randy, that Kim Pendleton e-mailed me earlier today. Kim is one of our representatives from the local American Cancer Society, here in Johnson City. I was so glad they got to come down and be a part of the evening.

I talked to the folks at the Appalachian Fair today, about Randy’s opening night there on Aug. 24, and I also found out he will be at the Tennessee Valley Fair in Knoxville in September. Looks like we’re all going to have a very busy fair season this year. (For those of you who didn’t know, Northeast Tennessee has five seasons each year, Summer, Winner, Fall, Spring … and Fair Season). We still don’t have a complete line up ready to post, but hopefully that will come along very soon.

concert3 One last show of Matt on stage, and then, little Austin, from Honaker, Va., in a duet with Matt Stillwell. Shine on, Austin!

That’s all for tonight. I’ll talk to you all in the morning! It’s the weekend! If the rain stops long enough, I might get out and find something fun to do.
