Carrie Underwood’s Play On Tour kicks off in Reading, Pa., March 11, 2010
Carrie Underwood will be taking Craig Morgan and Sons of Sylvia on tour with her, when she kicks off her Play On Tour on March 11, 2010, at the Sovereign Center in Reading, Pa.
While I’m sure everyone knows who Craig Morgan is, you might not be real familiar with the Sons of Sylvia – at least not by that name. They once went by the Clark Brothers, and I remember them as the Clark Family Experience. They signed with Curb Records in 2000, and their single, “Meanwhile Back at the Ranch,” made it to the Top 20 on country charts. The Clarks are Alan, guitar and vocals; Aaron, bass guitar and vocals; Adam, mandolin and vocals; Ashley on Fiddle; Andrew on drums; and Austin who plays steel guitar and keyboards. They are all from Virginia, and most recently we saw them on Carrie’s All Star Special on Fox.
“I am getting so excited about next year as we are currently working through all the big plans for the tour,” Carrie says. “I cannot wait to perform new music and see familiar faces across the U.S. and Canada!”
Carrie has a few dates in neighboring states – Virginia, South Carolina, Georgia – but nothing right here in Tennessee. Check this lest to see if she will be coming near you.

And here’s that great song Carrie did with Sons of Sylvia on her Dec. 7 special on Fox.
We’ve got 13 degree weather this morning, and I’m about to head out in that mess, but I’ve got to get to the office. Have a great Friday everyone! Keep warm, and drop me a line when you can. I love your mail!
