The folks over at Country Music is Love have really outdone themselves this year. They will host the second annual Country Music Is Love Concert, benefitting the City of Hope. The event will be held at the Hard Rock Café in Nashville on March 1, beginning at 7:30 p.m.
In addition to Josh Thompson and Chuck Wicks, other performers will include Thompson Square, Brett Eldredge, Troy Olsen, Chris Cavanaugh and Ty Brown. Whitney Duncan will do double duty as host and performer for the evening. While the show starts at 7:30, the doors do open at 6:30 p.m., and those arriving early will get to see Chelsea Lena, Savannah Berry, and Ashley Gearing will perform between 6:30 and 7:30pm.
All of the money raised will benefit City of Hope, one of the nation’s leading research, treatment and education centers for cancer and other life-threatening diseases. Tickets are only $20 each, and can be ordered online by clicking here.
The event is sponsored by Honky Tonk TV, Farm Boy Brand, Gibson guitars, I.D. Grafix, and H2O spring water.

I went to this show last year, and raved about it for weeks after. I’m hoping to make it an annual trip! It’s a great show, for a great cause. Whitney Duncan was on hand at last year’s event, too. She’s an awesome vocalist, and a very nice young lady. I’m looking forward to this year – I like all the entertainers scheduled to appear, and for me, it will be my first time seeing many of them.
If any of you live near Nashville, or are ready for a road trip – I would recommend spending your Tuesday evening, March 1, at the Hard Rock Café on Broadway. A lot of hard work, planning, and dedication goes in to putting something like this together. I hope all of you who can attend will be there.
That’s all for this morning. Have a great Weekend! More later!
