Fortune Nicholson Saturday 159I love me some Nick Nicholson music. Those of you who have been reading Country’s Chatter for the past four years know that. Those of you who haven’t might just be sitting back in your chair, scratching your head, and saying “WHO?”  Well, just stay with me, because I’m going to tell you about Nick. You can read one of the previous articles about Nick by clicking here.

nick toby 1He’s pretty much a regular performer at Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar and Grill (Nick and Toby pictured above); he’s opened for many country artists throughout the southwestern part of the U.S.; he’s played our Appalachian Fair in Gray, Tenn.; the Fishbone Gill & Grill in Vienna, W.Va.; he’s been in Country Weekly Magazine; and the man can definitely put on a country show. Those of you who have had the pleasure of seeing him live know that. Those of you who haven’t need to put it on your “to do” list. You won’t be disappointed.

Today I’ve got Nick’s new video for you – the song is “Neon Grave”. I’m real anxious to know what you all think of it.

I want to share something else with you. Nick is also part of a new documentary called “Off the Boulevard. The Jeff Santos film tells the story of seven performers, in all areas of show business, who are struggling to make their name in the business. Nick is one of the artists in the documentary. Here’s a little clip about “Off the Boulevard.”  If you’d like to order the documentary, click here. You can read a review of the movie at Media Mikes

In addition to Nick’s web site, be sure to check out his facebook page, and you can follow him on Twitter @NickNicholson42. I hope you all enjoy Nick’s music. His new CD, “Stronger than Whiskey” will be released on iTunes on Oct. 5.  Let’s all get behind this great new single, and do our part to get Nick’s “Neon Grave” on country radio everywhere.

Talk to you all soon! Have a great weekend!
