I am sure just about everyone reading this sat up with me and watched the CMA awards on ABC. Most country music fans wouldn’t miss it. But just in case you were busy, or not at home, or forgot to set your DVR – here are yourw inners, and a few pictures from tonight’s show (from CMA facebook page).
What did I think of the show? I thought it was very entertaining. Brad and Carrie always do a good job hosting, although I do believe four years is enough, and it’s time to get someone else in to do that job. I always love to see Carrie’s many costume changes. But they weren’t exactly beautiful this year. Normally I would say she looks amazing in everything. It doesn’t matter what she wears, she looks gorgeous. I can’t say that about this year. Some of them were just horrible.
The entertainment was good. The sound seemed to work better than I’ve seen it work in the past, and for the most part, I don’t have anything to complain about with this years production. More than once, however, I did wish I were a voting member of the Country Music Association, because I would have liked to been the swing vote in a few of those categories tonight.
