Chris Young kicked off the first leg of his headlining Liquid Neon Tour last night, starting with a SOLD OUT show from Nashville’s famed Ryman Auditorium. The date marked his first-ever hometown headlining play in Music City. Special guests on the tour include Joanna Smith and Thomas Rhett.

In about 30 minutes, Chris, Joanna and Thomas will take the stage at Viking Hall in Bristol, Va. Unlike the show at the Ryman last night, the Bristol show has not sold out. So, if you don’t have a ticket, and are close to Bristol – head on over. Tickets are still available for tonight’s show. I’ve seen Chris several times, and I’m a bit confused as to why his Bristol show hasn’t sold out so close to show time. I’m sure the rest of the tour will be great – and even though Bristol isn’t completely sold out, it would surprise me if there weren’t a very large crowd there tonight.
