I told you a little while back that Randy Houser will be closing out the 2010 Washington County Fair in Abingdon, Va., on Saturday night, Sept. 18. Now, it has been announced that Chris Young will take the stage on Wednesday, Sept. 15. I am definitely one happy camper right now!
