I love Christmas. I was looking around the internet tonight for some kind of little video Christmas card that I could put up here for you guys, closer to Christmas of course. But I can’t wait. I found this video, by Bob Walkenhorst, called “Christmas in Nashville,” and guys, it’s good. All I know about Bob is that he is a singer/songwriter from Kansas. Hope you enjoy this video – “Christmas in Nashville.”
I know several country singers out there who I would like to hear do that song… who do you think would do a great job with it?
If you’re making plans for after the holidays, and you just happen to live somewhere near La Crosse, Wisc., you can go see Toby Keith and Jason Aldean at the La Crosse Center. Tickets went on sale Saturday, Dec. 13. They’re starting at $59.95, which really doesn’t seem bad for a show with Jason and Toby.
But with the economy what it is, I would imagine fans are going to have to carefully choose which concerts they want to attend this year. Tickets for this show are available at www.ticketmaster.com, www.LiveNation.com, or by calling (608) 789-4545.
Orlando, Fla. and San Antonio Texas can get ready for Alan Jackson after the Christmas holiday. Alan will be in Orlando at UCF Arena on Jan. 24 for an 8 p.m. show, then at the AT&T Center in San Antonio, Tease for a 1 p.m. show and a 7:30 p.m. show on Feb. 7.
Thank you all for visiting Country’s Chatter! And thanks so much for all your mail. Remember to enter the contest to win Toby’s CD. For all the details, check the entry on Dec. 11. I’ll talk to you soon.
