Billy Ray Cyrus visited The Bonnie Hunt Show on Thursday, April 16, and it didn’t take long until he started talking about Miley. Seems that ever since that child jumped into the spotlight, she ends up everywhere Billy Ray is, or at least as one of the main topics of discussion wherever he goes. But this time, I’m glad Billy Ray talked about Jamie Foxx’s radio show, and what the comedian said about Miley.
You probably all heard that comedian Jamie Foxx said, told radio listeners that Miley should “make a sex tape and grow up. Get like Brittney Spears and do some heroin. Do like Lindsay Lohan…and get some crack in your pipe. That’s all I want.”
I can’t believe Jamie actually thought that was funny. But it was supposed to be. He’s a comedian. As far as I’m concerned, there was nothing funny about the things he said. He would have been bad enough to direct them to an older person, but to say that about a 16-year-old girl is really uncalled for.
Foxx has apologized for his remarks. And here’s what Billy Ray had to say about all of that on Bonnie’s show on Thursday.
There are a few show dates up on Billy Ray’s web site, that take him from California to Pennsylvania between May 9 and June 13, starting with a show in Vegas at the Cannery Hotel and Casino.
