Taylor Swift will be making her feature motion picture debut in the film “Valentine’s Day”. I’m not sure how much of a role she will have, but it’s a motion picture debut just the same.
She will also be singing two songs on the soundtrack, too. “Today Was a Fairytale,’ can be heard in a new featurette on the film, and “Jump Then Fall” was included on Taylor’s “Fearless: Platinum Edition” CD.
Country music legend Willie Nelson has “Where You Live,” on the CD. For those of you in the Northeast Tennessee area, remember to get your tickets to see Willie in Bristol, Tenn., on Jan. 26, at Viking Hall. Click here for ticket information.
Also included on the soundtrack are Jewel’s “Stay Here Forever,” and Steel Magnolia’s “Keep on Lovin’ You”. Amy Winehouse, Joss Stone, and Maroon 5 round out the soundtrack for this movie.
Other actors in the movie are Julia Roberts, Bradley Cooper, Anne Hathaway, Jennifer Garner, Jamie Foxx, and Taylor Lautner. We’ve also heard recently that Swift and Lautner are no longer an “item.” Us Magazine said that after three months of dating, Taylor Swift and Taylor Lautner have split. “It wasn’t really developing into anything, and wasn’t going to, so they decided they were better as friends," a source close to Swift, 20, tells Us. "There was no chemistry."
Here’s the movie trailer.
Valentine’s Day will open in theaters on Feb. 12, 2010 - Dinner and a movie definitely sounds like a plan to me.
Time to head out of here. Hope you all have a great Thursday. Tomorrow is a holiday! No going to the office for me! Talk to you all soon!
