Miranda Lambert is about to start out on her first headlining tour, “Roadside Bars & Pink Guitars. The tour will open on March 18,, in Beckley, W.Va. and will run through June 5, with the last show scheduled for New Braunsfels, Texas.
And she’s got quite a group of country artists who will be in the opening act slot during her adventure.
James Otto, David Nail, Randy Houser, Cross Canadian Ragweed, Eric Church, Jake Owen, Wade Brown, Luke Bryan and Chris Young, will all share opening act duties during this tour. Out of that group, I’ve already seen Randy, Jake, Luke and Chris, and I would definitely go see any one of them again. I think Miranda picked out a really great group of entertainers to work with.
"I like pink guitars and puppies so how scary can I be?" jokes Miranda. "Seriously, it’s going to be a lot of fun. I’ve been on tour with some great male headliners so I thought it’s only natural that I invite some talented guys on my first official headlining tour!" (From article at The Boot)
Miranda is up for six ACM awards this year, including Best Female Vocalist. Be sure to check out Miranda’s schedule on her web site.
Getting ready to head to the office, I hope you all have a great Monday!
