On Tuesday night, Aug. 9, 2011, I had the pleasure of watching Easton Corbin on stage at the Greene County Fair in Greeneville, Tenn. Since the first time I saw Easton (October 2009), I realized that you don’t just go to an Easton Corbin to hear the music – you go to watch. He has an infectious smile, and a way of watching you back from the stage that just seems to draw his entire audience in.
He interacts with his band members, and he interacts with his audience. He looks down, he smiles, of course he sails a few guitar picks out to the waiting hands of the fans – And no matter how hot it is, no matter how uncomfortable he might be – he’s going to put on a good show. And he always seems to enjoy doing it.
I’ve always been used to seeing Easton in a ball cap. In fact, I get more mail about Easton’s hats than I do any other subject. People always want to know where he gets them and where they can get one like it. I was a little surprised to see him on stage without the hat on Tuesday night. He looked great, as always, and it’s much easier to take pictures when his eyes aren’t hiding in a shadow under the hat.
I was very happy to see that he still took the time to hang around after the show and meet fans, let us get a picture taken with him, and sign autographs. He made a lot of fans very happy on Tuesday.
Here are a few more pictures from Tuesday night’s show.
Be sure to check out Easton’s web site so you can keep up with where he’s gong next. If you haven’t seen his show, you are definitely going to want to.
Hope you all have a good :Thursday. Talk to you real soon!
