We all know there is a lot to do in Nashville during CMA Music Festival. Some people go for the main stage concerts at LP Field. Some go for the autograph and photo opportunities, and some enjoy the small performances at some of the local clubs. But those of you who go to watch what’s going on on the stage at Riverfront Park are going to have a lot to watch this year!
CMA has announced the lineup for the Chevrolet Riverfront Stage this year will start at 10 a.m. on Thursday, June 7 – and that is when Montgomery Gentry will hit the stage. They haven’t performed at CMA Music Festival since 2009, so this is something country music fans are really looking forward to. The lineup for the rest of the festival looks like this:
Thursday, June 7: Lee Brice, Colt Ford, Tracy Lawrence, Dustin Lynch, Neal McCoy, Montgomery Gentry, Craig Morgan, Jerrod Neimann, Randy Rogers Band, Josh Thompson and Uncle Cracker.
Friday, June 8: Craig Campbell, The Farm, Gloriana, Jo Dee Messina, David Nail, Oak Ridge Boys, Thomas Rhett, Sawyer Brown, Phil Vassar and James Wesley.
Saturday, June 9: Laura Bell Bundy, Edens Edge, Casey James, Lonestar, Love and Theft, Kip Moore, Heidi Newfield, James Otto, Corey Smith and Mel Tillis.
Sunday, June 10: Wade Bowen, Brett Eldredge, Larry Gatlin and the Gatlin Brothers, J.T. Hodges, Steve Holy, Jana Kramer, LoCash Cowboys, Lorrie Morgan, Sunny Sweeney and Darryl Worley.
I have already been fortunate enough to see 29 of these 41 artists in concert – and I would love seeing every one of them again. What a fantastic four days planned for the Chevrolet Riverfront Stage.
We’ll have a lot more news from CMA about this year’s CMA Fest coming up soon.
Tomorrow is Friday – hope you are all planning to do something great with it!
