Natalie Stovall attended an Instagram party hosted by Keith Urban last week where everyone had a chance to relax after the rush of the CMA Awards. Pictured Left to Right: Natalie Stovall, Keith Urban, Ella Mae Brown
I received the photo above in an e-mail recently, and it reminded me that while I have visited Natalie’s web site, checked out and ‘Liked’ her facebook page, and listened to her music on YouTube, and I even follow her on Twitter, I haven’t written much about her. I did get an article and a few photos posted back in June, when she signed with HitShop Records, if you missed that you can read it by clicking here. Since then, I haven’t done much with this up-and-coming artist, but I hope all of you have been paying to what is going on in Nashville, and have discovered Natalie Stovall and The Drive, without my help.
The band released their EP on Oct. 22, and celebrated with a Sneak Peek party, and performing in Nashville. Natalie is a Tennessee native, and has been performing since she was 10 years old. She has appeared at the White House and on the Oprah Winfrey Show, and is now recording for HitShop Records.
She is an amazing fiddle player, who made her Opry debut at age 12, and with her band has played more than 200 dates per year for the past several years, earning them the title of Entertainers of the Year in Campus Activities Magazine.
