We have been fans of The Cains since we were first introduced to their music back in October, 2014. Their album, “Stay On Board” has spent a lot of time in our CD player since then. We had an article up about this trio back in October. If you missed that, I hope you will go back and read it, by clicking here. Today we received a press release, that we would like to share with you in its entirety. It has news about the new single, their UK Tour, and of course we have the video for you, too. I have nothing but great things to say about this band. They are so talented, and their music crosses genres with its likability. I’m calling this today’s country, I have friends who might call it pop. But, whatever you choose to call it – I can almost guarantee that you are going to like it.I’ve played Journey’s End about four times now, and I’m already singing along.
Here is the press release, the video and video, and a few pictures of this Taylor, Madison and Logan.
[Press Release] Sibling harmony band, The Cains, have released a new music video for their single, “Journey’s End.” Produced and directed by Fresh Films’ Glenn Sweitzer, the music video is now available for viewing on The Cains’ YouTube channel, here.
Written by Taylor Cain, Madison Cain and Becki Devries, “Journey’s End” is a sentimental ballad about love, family and hope. The track is currently playing On The Horizon on Sirius XM’s The Highway, and is now available on iTunes, Amazon and other major digital retailers.
Of the new video, The Cains’ Taylor Cain commented, “What we want to achieve in the music video for “Journey’s End” is a sense of nostalgia for the viewer. No relationship is ever too far gone. No memory is ever too far out of reach. There is always hope. Just when you think you’ve reached your journey’s end, you’ve only just begun!”
On July 21, the group dropped their new, self-titled EP, The Cains, which features songs co-written by the group’s own Logan, Madison and Taylor Cain, with additional writer credits, including Jaida Dreyer, Stephony Smith, Billy Lawson, Ed Hill, Becki Devries and Dave Thompson. The EP was produced and mixed by Daniel Agee, and was recorded at Nashville’s Studio of Solitude.
The group recently partnered with Bravo TV to write and perform exclusive re-cap tracks for the network’s hit reality television show, “Southern Charm.” The group wrote and recorded original tunes, all titled “Southern Charm,” that musically recount episodes within the series. The “Southern Charm” music videos can be viewed on Bravo TV’s website, www.BravoTV.com.
In March of 2015, hot off the heels of a successful radio debut and packed performances at Country Radio Seminar 2015, The Cains broke onto the U.K. Country music scene with their first international appearance at London’sCountry to Country (C2C) festival, Europe’s largest and most well-attended Country music event of the year. Upon their return to the U.S., the group inked an exclusive booking agreement with Nashville’s The Kinkead Entertainment Agency.
Most recently, The Cains have announced their addition to Sasha McVeigh’s I Stand Alone U.K. Tour. The group will open for McVeigh on select dates in various clubs all over the U.K. Tickets can be purchased through www.SeeTickets.com.
