Amanda Lamb is an up and coming country artist hailing from the beaches of Southern California. She brings a West Coast influence to Country music, and has created a sunny SoCal country beach vibe that is uniquely her own. An avid equestrian, and competitive hunter-jumper, she credits “living in a barn” as a kid for her love of country music. She has recorded 10 songs with Kent Wells (Dolly Parton) and released 4 of them on her debut EP, “We Were Here.” She was awarded with Best Youth Artist at the Orange Country Music Awards in 2011, and was also listed in Music Connection Magazine’s 2015 Hot 100 List.
Amanda is also active in the diabetes advocacy community. She has had type 1 diabetes since age 1, and was interviewed for the American Diabetes Association by Crystal Bowersox about her struggle with the disease and her music. She has also opened a fundraising show for the Jonas Brothers to help raise awareness, and performed for a crowd of 10,000 at the 2014 JDRF Walk for the Cure as well.
