Back in May, we told you about the new trio, Post Monroe. [Article Here] That article was to tell you all about this new trio, and their new album. The trio is made up of Ashlee Hewitt, Shelby McLeod and Whitney Duncan. and, we like them. Now, we are here to share their new music video for their debut single, “Red Hot American Summer”, one of the five songs on their recently released debut EP.
“Red Hot American Summer” is the debut single from this exciting new trio. Whitney Duncan, Ashlee Hewitt, and Shelby McLeod create their own unique sound drawing influences from a variety of sources including classic country, rock ‘n roll, and bluegrass. The new single and corresponding EP was produced by Grammy Award winning Dave Haywood of Lady Antebellum. The single was the most added record on the Music Row Country Breakout Chart its first week after release, and is currently charted at *48. The group also performed at the Grand Ole Opry for the very first time this past month, along with appearances at CMA Music Festival.
