Between clinching a #1 at Country Radio, packing out shows, locking down massive TV moments, and emerging as an independent powerhouse, PLATINUM Country music duo LOCASH most certainly enjoyed a monumental 2025.
Now, they’ve capped off this banner year with a string of recent accolades…
Their MULTI-WEEK No. 1 smash “Hometown Home” just landed in the Top 5 of Country Aircheck’s “Top 25 Songs of 2025,” claiming the #4 spot. Moreover, “Wrong Hearts” staked out a place in Country Aircheck’s “Top 100 of 2025.” Of course, both tunes belong to their acclaimed album Bet The Farm. The latter affirmed their songwriting and hitmaking prowess and simultaneously entrenched them as an entrepreneurial force to be reckoned with—since it’s the first record to be released by their own independent Galaxy Label Group.
Between filling venues coast-to-coast on tour, the duo notably launched a multi-faceted collaboration with Savannah Bananas, making history by headlining the first-ever halftime show for the Banana Bowl and even welcoming team members to join them on stage at the Grand Ole Opry as part of the Opry 100 celebration. Not to mention, the pair just lit up Gillette Stadium when they performed the halftime show during Amazon Prime Video’s Thursday Night Football matchup between the league-leading New England Patriots and the New York Jets.
They’ve kept rolling at full speed ahead by serving up the Christmas original “Snow Angel.” Listen here. The highly sought-after duo co-wrote the song with Andy Albert and worked with producer Jacob Rice. Closing out November, the band revealed a reverent and special cover of “O Holy Night.” Combined with the latest record, their new music has cumulatively tallied streams in the tens of millions.
They’ll carry this momentum into 2026. LOCASH are gearing up to ring in the New Year with a show at Gilley’s in Park City, KS on December 31. Get tickets here.
Additionally, “Wrong Hearts” recently made its way into the Top 40 at Country radio after debuting with the biggest impact date of their career and scoring a major win for both the band and Galaxy Label Group. Their “Hometown Home” (Hot Mix) is currently in the Top 20 and rising at Hot AC radio.
When “Hometown Home” vaulted to #1, Billboard chronicled the moment and spoke to LOCASH’s Preston Brust and Chris Lucas about their sustained success. Additionally, the single registered the first No. 1 from the debut release on Galaxy Label Group. In a short time, it’s become an anthem for fans, and it’s now a staple of their live show too.
It still feels like they’re just getting started though. Be on the lookout for a whole lot more from LOCASH in the new year.
They effectively bet on themselves and won in 2025.

Betting on themselves, the newest album from singer/songwriters Preston Brust and Chris Lucas Bet The Farm features fan favorites like “Hometown Home,” a multi-week No. 1 smash at Country radio which is now Top 20 and rising on the Hot AC chart, plus “Isn’t She Country,” “Buzzin,” and current Country single “Wrong Hearts.” These add to a hit-stacked catalog that already includes their 2015 PLATINUM breakout “I Love This Life,” GOLD No. 1s “One Big Country Song” and “I Know Somebody,” nine chart-climbing singles, and over 1 BILLION global streams. Last year, the multi-hyphenates launched their own record label, Galaxy Label Group, distributed by BBR Music Group/BMG Nashville. The one-of-a-kind record label allows Brust and Lucas to maintain complete creative control over their music while mentoring a whole new generation of like-minded stars. LOCASH’s bold and soulful brand of Country has garnered nominations from the genre’s biggest award shows and earned raves from the likes of American Songwriter (who praised the duo for “hitting homers and serving up first-class songs”). After a jam-packed 2024 — whose highlights included teaming up with Monster Jam to create their own limited-edition die-cast truck and playing stadiums all over the country as support for Kane Brown’s IN THE AIR TOUR — LOCASH are going nonstop this year with in-demand headline shows, and major festival stops. They’ve also made high-profile national TV appearances on Live with Kelly & Mark, Good Morning America, ABC News Live, CBS Mornings Plus, Fox & Friends, and more.
