jj-GBTMBig Loud Records newcomer Jillian Jacqueline continues to make a bold statement in the Country scene with today’s (7/21) release of her refreshingly honest new piano ballad, “God Bless This Mess,” along with its gorgeous lyric video.

Now available for purchase and streaming on all digital music platforms, “God Bless This Mess” was co-written by the rising star with producer Tofer Brown and GRAMMY award-winning hitmaker Lori McKenna (Tim McGraw’s “Humble and Kind,” Little Big Town’s “Girl Crush”).

Insightful and soul-baring, the track feels like an open page of Jacqueline’s diary as it reveals a fresh songwriter in full bloom, unafraid to send up a musical prayer for grace. Underscoring the track’s personal significance, it was even written on the same piano Jacqueline took lessons on as a child.

“‘God Bless This Mess’ is a really special song to me, and in terms of my perspective as an artist and my record, it played a huge role in me realizing that sometimes the song trumps ego,” shares Jacqueline. “It touches on that universal truth of ‘this too shall pass’ that I’ve never found a way to say quite so profoundly as I feel we have in this song.”

Meanwhile, an alluring lyric video for “God Bless This Mess” is live on VEVO, clueing fans in to the humble passion and wide-ranging Country creativity behind her words. It stands in stark contrast to the take-me-as-I-come defiance of her first three Big Loud Records videos, as Jacqueline has turned heads with vibey clips for “Reasons,” “Hate Me,” and “Bleachers.”

With a strong connection to Country’s next generation of fans, Jacqueline has already gathered over 17 million streams and 1.4 million monthly listeners online, and she was named Amazon Music’s first-ever Weekly One artist in July.

“Reasons” rocketed into Spotify’s Viral 50 USA list upon its release, racking up nearly 7 million streams and landing on the platform’s coveted New Music Friday playlist in the process. The song is also currently featured on SiriusXM’s “On The Horizon” program.

Named early on as one of Rolling Stone’s “10 New Country Artists You Need To Know,” Jacqueline was selected for CMT’s coveted Next Women of Country list, as well as the network’s tastemaking “17 for 2017” rundown of new artists to watch this year.

Currently opening shows for boundary-pushing icon Dwight Yoakam, she will be playing dates across the country throughout the summer and join Billy Currington for a West Coast run starting August 4 in Henderson, NV.

Her debut project for Big Loud Records is currently in production, with additional details coming soon.
