Many of our readers know that I have spent the past 2-1/2 months in the hospital and in rehab, and am still dealing with home health care.  Without going into details, I had a broken leg, and extensive abdominal surgery.  I am slowly getting back to normal.

You will notice some of the articles I am posting are a little over-due, but I hope you will understand that I still felt they were pertinent, and wanted to get them posted for you.
