Macys 95th Thanksgiving Day Parade
MULTI-PLATINUM Country star Chris Lane soared to new heights last week, checking off a noteworthy performance during the annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade last Thursday (11/25) on NBC.
Lane appeared on the South Dakota Department of Tourism’s Mount Rushmore’s American Pride float, where he performed his 2X PLATINUM #1 single “I Don’t Know About You.” Penned by Ashley Gorley, Michael Hardy, Hunter Phelps and Jameson Rodgers, the hit song was released in 2018 as the sophomore single from Lane’s album LAPS AROUND THE SUN.
The North Carolina native’s current Big Loud Records single climbing the Country charts is “Fill Them Boots,” one of multiple new songs Lane has released in 2021. Other additions to his catalogue include “Summer Job Money,” “That’s What Mamas Are For” and “Ain’t Even Met You Yet.” He teamed with Dustin Lynch for “Tequila On A Boat” and Scotty McCreery for the HIXTAPE: Vol. 2 track “Small Town On It,” as well as Canadian Country star Shawn Austin for “Tailgate To Heaven.”
Lane is currently gearing up to release even more new music before heading out on his headline FILL THEM BOOTS TOUR in January 2022 with support from Tyler Rich, ERNEST and Lily Rose.
