Award winning artist and songwriter CJ Solar last week hit the road on the Shuckin’ Shack Oyster Bar’s Fresh & Raw Tour, hitting 17 markets through October 22. Sponsored by Truist, the tour features opener Warren Garrett and one local musician from each market. All proceeds from the “pay what you can” performances will be donated to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

“This tour is so much fun, because we get to cut loose, play music and enjoy great seafood,” said Solar. “Seeing a bunch of money being raised for such an incredible cause makes it even better!”

As an added bonus for the Fresh & Raw Tour, each Shuckin’ Shack location will be giving away free seafood for a year. The Fresh & Raw Tour Giveaway will be announced on each Shuckin’ Shack location specific Facebook and Instagram page two weeks prior to the location’s tour date. Fans must like, comment, and share the contest post and be present during the show at their Shuckin’ Shack location to be eligible to win. See the contest details and rules here.

CJ is also visiting radio stations in each market and markets en route to each tour stop in support of his current single, “All I Can Think About Lately.” The single is the radio release his first full-length album, The Future’s Neon, which came out August 5 on Raining Bacon Records. He wrote the song with Aaron Eshius and Joey Hyde, and fans can save/add the new single HERE.
