Taylor Edwards recently packed Nashville’s high-tech Nightscape venue to perform cuts from her Born in July (The Album), and today music fans worldwide have access to the full album on EMPIRE. The 15 cuts on the new album include 12 original songs and three unique alternate versions of fan favorite tracks. She maintains 1.5 million monthly cross-platform streams with 10 million+ all-time streams thanks to her viral successes “Not Supposed To Know Each Other” and “Call Your Sister.”

Taylor shares writing credits on the album along with Nicolle Galyon, Josh Kerr, Emily Falvey, Tiera Kennedy, Jordan Reynolds, Chris Ganoudis, Megan Redmond, Maddie Larkin, and more. Kerr, Ganoudis, and Redmond also produced various tracks on the album.

She wrote “Call Your Sister” about her sister Berkleigh, who is 17 years younger. After over 100,000 videos were created and shared on TikTok using the song, Taylor landed an interview with Ryan Seacrest and the story behind the song was also featured on CMT.com. Berkleigh is featured singing on the “sister version” of the song, which is the final track on Born in July (The Album).

Taylor will hit the road in support of Born in July (The Album) next week joined by Dylan Brady and Sophia Scott. The “Nashville Hits The Roof” tour of 10 Tin Roof venues will kick off Thursday, October 6 in Fayetteville, AR – just down the road from her hometown of Bentonville. The initial run will culminate on November 12 in Myrtle Beach, SC.
