Authentic and unapologetic Country music star Tyler Farr releases the electric track “Country As Shit” featuring multi-genre phenomenon Jelly Roll. The collaboration is infused with Farr’s gritty vocals and Jelly Roll’s high energy flair, making for the perfect song to roll the windows down and rock out to. Listen now HERE.

Farr “pours his drinks as hard as he pours his heart into his songs” (Rolling Stone)  and “Country As Shit” is no exception. Released via Night Train Records/Broken Bow Records, the anthem is a swift return to Farr’s roots. Written by Tyler Farr, Jason DeFord, Vicky McGehee, Josh Mirenda and Andy Sheridan, and produced by Jason Aldean, Kurt Allison and Tully Kennedy, “Country As Shit” doesn’t sugarcoat what it really means to be “country.” Evident in the lyrics, the jam drives home the unashamed message that “what you see is what you get.”

“Man, there’s nothing better than being in the studio and making a hit with your best friends,” said Farr. Jason [Aldean] is a freaking blast to be in the studio with and Jelly took the energy to new heights. We are so excited to share with y’all what it sounds like when our three worlds collide.”

“Country As Shit” makes waves just in time for Koe Wetzel’s The Road To Hell Paso Pt. 1 tour, which Farr will be joining on March 3rd, 2023 as direct support. The March 3rd show is one of six opportunities for fans to see Tyler Farr while on tour with Koe Wetzel. Farr is set to be back out on the road with Lee Brice in the fall. About Tyler Farr:
“One of the best male vocalists in Country music today,” (Taste of Country), Tyler Farr is the first artist signed to Jason Aldean’s Night Train Records/BBR Music Group. The Country-rocker, with three No.1 songs to his credit (“Redneck Crazy,” “Whiskey in My Water,” and “A Guy Walks Into a Bar”) broke onto the scene with the 2013 release of his debut album, Redneck Crazy, which landed at No. 2 on the Billboard Country Albums Chart and #5 on the Billboard Top 200. Farr’s platinum-selling title-track “Redneck Crazy” projected Farr forward to celebrate back-to-back No. 1 singles, including his first No. 1 as a songwriter, with his Platinum-certified hit “Whiskey in my Water.” His sophomore album, Suffer In Peace followed suit, also making its debut in the Top 5 on both the BILLBOARD Top 200 Albums and BILLBOARD Country Albums Charts, leading Farr to become the only solo male Country artist in the past decade to have their first two studio albums debut in the Top 5 on the Billboard 200 Chart. Recognized as a 2014 CRS New Faces of Country Radio and 2014 Music Row “Breakthrough Artist of the Year” nominee, the opera-trained singer quickly earned coveted slots touring with Jason Aldean, Florida Georgia Line, Brantley Gilbert, Luke Combs and Lee Brice. The Missouri native’s dry wit, silly antics and reputation as “a no-frills musician who pours his drinks as hard as he pours his heart into his songs,” (Rolling Stone), lead to Farr to receiving his own reality series A Little Too Farr (Unscripted) and a social following eager to see his next move. Farr is currently working on new music with longtime friend, Jason Aldean serving as a producer for the forthcoming project alongside Kurt Allison and Tully Kennedy (Aldean’s guitarist and bassist, respectively). Known for his love for our military and his passion for the outdoors, Farr is finalizing release plans for his next song, a collab with Jelly Roll titled “Country As Shit.”
