2x GRAMMY-winning entertainment legend Tanya Tucker kicks off the inaugural season of new summertime concert series “CMT Summer Sessions” this Friday, July 7th at 9p/8c on CMT, with some of her biggest hits and all-new music performed lakeside on location in Franklin, TN, including a rendition of “When the Rodeo is Over (Where Does the Cowboy Go?),” the new song off her highly anticipated new album, Sweet Western Sound. Continuing every Friday night at 9p/8c, CMT’s fun and fresh warm-weather series delivers the perfect summertime soundtrack, featuring a star-packed lineup of country hitmakers including: Chris Janson (July 14), BRELAND (July 21), a “Summer Jams”-themed episode hosted by BRELAND (July 28), Jordan Davis (August 4), Lee Brice (August 11), a “90s Country”-themed episode hosted by Lee Brice (August 18) and Ashley McBryde (August 25). All episodes are available to stream next day on CMT.com and the Paramount Network App.

Most recently, Tucker took over the CMT & Paramount Times Square Billboard for a trio of historic milestones: the first artist to set a two-hour NYC takeover for the broadcast of her entire Grand Ole Opry appearance, where she arrived with a performance on horseback. Last week, she also exclusively premiered her music video with CMT for “When The Rodeo Is Over (Where Does The Cowboy Go?)” across  CMT, CMT Music, PlutoTV’s CMT Equal Play channel and the Times Square Billboard.
