Kansas-based band, Steel Skarecrow, has released an official video in celebration of the launch of their current radio single “Liquid Courage.” The lively tongue-in-cheek tune penned by Kurt Shobe is currently at number 32 on the Texas Regional Radio Chart. The official music video was filmed against the scenic backdrop of Cannonball Road Farm in McPherson, Kansas and on the expansive dance floor of The Wichita Union Stockyards. The rustic farm setting becomes the stage for the Skarecrows’ evolution into professional entertainers, gracing the red carpet and igniting the stage with newfound musical prowess. This journey is infused with humor and spontaneity. Nashville Director Wynne Adams and associate producer Sue Bonzell creatively blend a narrative that turns scarecrows into rockstars, it’s more than just a music video. It’s a captivating and light-hearted concept with a twist that keeps the audience intrigued.

“Filming ‘Liquid Courage’ was not what I expected and the result is so much better than I imagined! The fun and laughs behind the scenes showed me a few things about my bandmates I did not know! They are some dang funny guys! We stepped out of our comfort zone and I think that is what makes this video special. I hope you enjoy watching it as much as we did making it!” exclaimed bandleader Kurt Shobe.
