Jo Dee Messina performed a full set at the City of Houston’s official Fourth of July celebration, Shell Freedom Over Texas on Thursday. Performing her biggest hits, fan favorites and some All-American cover songs, the country music icon captivated the audience prior to the largest land-based Fourth of July fireworks celebration in the nation.
