Omaha Steaks, America’s Original Butcher and the Official Sponsor of Songs and Stories of Dean Dillon, is thrilled to announce its partnership Concerts 4 A Cause in an effort to raise awareness and money for music education. As part of the rollout, Omaha Steaks is excited to introduce Songs and Steaks offering, which offers 50% off sitewide orders PLUS 10% of every purchase will benefit Concerts 4 A Cause.
“We are excited to work with Omaha Steaks and help continue supporting the arts,” says Josh Bleidt, founder of Concerts 4 A Cause, a 501c3 org. “Omaha Steaks is a sponsor of the Dean Dillon television special and when their team heard about our guitar initiative tied to the event, they immediately stepped up and wanted to continue our efforts. This type of support can only work with everyone’s involvement, so we are thrilled to offer this opportunity to the masses.”
Omaha Steaks and the Simon Family’s commitment to the visual and performing arts began in the 1940s with local Omaha cultural institutions. It has grown to include over 170 cultural arts, civic and health-related organizations – locally, nationally, and internationally.
“Our goal is to provide students the opportunity to engage with creative and artistic programs and pass down a passion for the arts to the next generation. We feel honored to support and help build local artist communities across the country,” said fifth-generation family owner and Chairman Todd Simon.
Earlier this week during a press conference, event organizers announced the donation of 100 guitars to three local school districts in the Huntsville, Alabama area.
“This year has been challenging for many and the one thing we cannot allow is for children not to experience music and arts,” says Dean Dillon, Country Music Hall of Fame and Nashville Songwriter Hall of Fame member. “I got started songwriting on a guitar and who knows if the next big songwriter will come from us providing these guitars. It’s a small thing to do, but a very important thing to do. I am thankful for our friends at Omaha Steaks for helping us continue to support our kids and music in schools.”
