Two of country music’s most compelling new voices, Carter Faith and Wyatt Flores, join forces for “Nothin’ Better To Do,” out today via MCA/Gatsby Records. Listen HERE.
Written by Faith, Shane McAnally and Tofer Brown, “Nothin’ Better To Do” pairs two of country music’s brightest rising stars. Faith asked Flores to join her on the duet and he eagerly hopped on, making an undeniable union of their singular voices.
The track is the second to be unveiled from Cherry Valley Forever, the highly anticipated deluxe version of Faith’s acclaimed debut album Cherry Valley. Pre-order Cherry Valley Forever, out July 24, HERE.
Cherry Valley Forever features five new tracks and arrives amid a banner year for Faith. She earned a historic ACM Album of the Year nomination for Cherry Valley—the first debut album to earn a nod in the category in a decade, following Chris Stapleton’s Traveller in 2016—and performed on the show in May.
An electric live performer, Faith is currently on tour with Post Malone on his extensive U.S. Big Ass Stadium Tour and will perform select dates with Chris Stapleton, Kacey Musgraves and Shaboozey this year.
All of this comes on the heels of Cherry Valley, released widespread critical acclaim last year: Rolling Stone named it their best country album of the year and #17 on their Best 100 Albums of 2025 alongside accolades from Billboard, Stereogum, NPR Music, The Hollywood Reporter and many more.
Hailed by Billboard as “one of the genre’s most conspicuous new voices,” Wyatt Flores will release his highly anticipated new album, Scared of Heights, on July 31 via Island Records/MCA; pre-order HERE.
Produced by Charlie Handsome, Jacob “JKash” Hindlin and Gian Stone, the project finds the Oklahoma-born, Mexican-American artist expanding his sound with early 2000s pop and rock influences while maintaining the raw, unfiltered songwriting that has defined his rise.
The album follows his critically acclaimed full-length debut, Welcome to the Plains, which led to appearances on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, NPR Music’s Tiny Desk Concert, PBS‘ Austin City Limits and CBS Saturday Morning. One of country music’s most exciting new talents, Flores has amassed more than 1 billion streams across platforms, performed at major festivals including Stagecoach and Bonnaroo, earned recognition from Rolling Stone, Amazon Music, Spotify and the Grand Ole Opry, and achieved several RIAA certifications, including “Please Don’t Go” (2x Platinum).
