New song “I’m Country Music” available today
Long before his more than two decades of success as a country music artist, Craig Morgan answered a higher calling — serving our country in the United States Army and Army Reserve. During America’s 250th birthday year, Craig will release My Country, a musical celebration of our great nation as well as the genre that speaks to the soul of its people. Available on November 6 ahead of Veterans Day, Craig’s upcoming 11-song album — My Country (BBR Music Group / BMG Nashville) — displays his unwavering patriotism for the Stars and Stripes with songs like “Long May You Wave” and honors his late friend, Toby Keith, with a passionate and personal cover of “American Soldier.”
Craig’s comprehensive catalog has formed the soundtrack of our lives and his newest song, “I’m Country Music,” available today ahead of the album’s release is no exception. The song, which Craig has previewed in concert and on the Opry stage, pays tribute to die-hard music fans and all the ways country music speaks to our hearts, hopes, fears, tears, and celebrations.
