Opening a bar or restaurant and putting your name on the neon sign is nothing new in the country music world.  Nashville’s Broadway is lined with establishments owned by Luke Bryan, Jason Aldean, Dierks Bentley, Florida Georgia Line, John Rich, and many others..  But Reba is doing this a little differently.  Her new restaurant/bar will not be on Broadway.  In fact, it won’t be in Nashville at all. But instead, will be located in her home state of Oklahoma.

The bar, restaurant, store and music venue is a new business venture for Reba.  Plans are to open in 2022. The business is being constructed inside a 100  year old Masonic Temple in Atoka, Oklahoma. The two-story building will have a restored antique bar on the first floor, retail sales space, and musical performances.  Reba told WZTV’s FOX News that she is “thrilled to pieces” for fans to enjoy “a little pickin’ and grinnin’ and singin'” in the new venue.”

On board for restaurant patrons is a wide verity of meal choices, from street tacos, pinto beans and corn bread to the “Fancy” steak dinner. Inspired by her western heritage, and a partnership with the Choctaw Nation and the city of Atoka, the space will also include a curated collection of memorabilia and personal archives from Reba.

“I’m very excited to be opening a place so close to my roots,” shared Reba. “The Choctaw Nation and the city of Atoka are wonderful partners and I can’t wait to welcome our first guests to Reba’s Place. We are working very hard to create something not only for the local community, but that will also bring in folks from across the country.”
