On Monday (4/4), Warner Music Nashville’s rising newcomer Tyler Braden represented Tennessee on NBC’s newest show American Song Contest debuting his nostalgic track “Seventeen (From ‘American Song Contest’),” available now here. Making it to the Semi-Finals with the “sweet and soulfull” (American Songwriter) rendition, the judges’ panel immediately picked Braden as the best performance of the evening. With the season premiere March 21, the show airs for eight weeks with solo artists, duos, groups, or bands representing each state and performing a new original track to win the country’s vote for the best hit song. The live competition consists of three rounds as the acts compete in a series of qualifying rounds, followed by the Semi-Finals and Grand Final where a winner will be named. Braden is now available for interviews on behalf of the show.
As recently announced on socials, Braden will host the second annual ‘Tyler Braden’s Engine Co. 18 Golf Outing’ this fall. Teeing off on Monday, October 24, the charity tournament will help support a cause that is close to Braden’s heart – the National Fallen Fighters Foundation (NFFF), which is a nonprofit foundation that has developed and expanded programs to honor fallen fire heroes and assist their families and co-workers and, Hungry Heroes, which serves and feeds first responders and military personal as a thank you for serving our communities. Returning to Nashville’s award-winning Arnold Palmer golf course, The Governor’s Club, the event will also feature food, gift bags, and live music presented by Whiskey Jam.

Braden spent seven years as a firefighter and first responder while working his way to Nashville. He continued in the service after moving to Music City, building his songwriting repertoire, and even playing shows between shifts. The knockout vocalist and talented lyricist has now released several tracks as a major label recording artist, each to massive fan response.
According to Billboard, Braden has “one of the most moving vocal deliveries in country music right now,” and that has proved true as he’s featured on multiple 2022 Artists to Watch lists such Country Now, The Nash News, and Music Mayhem Magazine. The nods follow the November 2021 release of his debut EP WHAT DO THEY KNOW (WDTK). Listen here.
With almost 100 MILLION streams already to his name and a growing list of major tour credits, Braden will hit the road to play Country Thunder Arizona on April 9 along with taking stages from coast to coast before opening for the legendary Brooks & Dunn on select dates of their REBOOT 2022 TOUR in June. ABOUT TYLER BRADEN If ever there was a Country artist ready to set the world on fire, it would have to be Tyler Braden. He has the gritty powerhouse vocal, the expressive pen and the ability to deliver a lyric with complete conviction worthy of a headliner. Braden grew up in Slapout, AL, with parents who fostered an early appreciation for Country music, guitar-playing songwriters filling the airwaves, and a group of rock-loving friends. He spent much of his life blending these early influences to craft a sound all his own. His early twenties saw him playing local shows and touring the Southeast while serving as a first responder in Montgomery, AL. A gig in Music City inspired his move north, and Braden continued firefighting in the suburbs of Nashville while preparing to take his music career to the next level. His first date at the homegrown Whiskey Jam concert series in January 2017 paved his path to today. With more almost 100 MILLION streams already to his name and a growing list of major tour credits such as Brantley Gilbert and Brooke & Dunn this summer, he introduced himself to the world as a major label recording artist with his take on NEEDTOBREATHE’s hit “Brother.” Praised for his “commanding delivery” (MusicRow), Braden offered the song as a tribute to his first responder family and all those fighting on the frontlines during the pandemic. He has since earned massive fan response from original releases including “Love Is A Dead End Road,” “Secret,” “What Do They Know,” and most recently “Ways To Miss You.” Braden’s Warner Music Nashville debut EP WHAT DO THEY KNOW (WDTK) is out now.https://www.countryschatter.com/2022/04/in-case-you-missed-it-tyler-braden-makes-it-to-semi-finals-on-nbcs-american-song-contest/Press ReleaseTV AppearanceVideosAmerican Song Contest, facebook,Hungry Heroes,National Fallen Fighters Foundation,NBC,Twitter,Tyler Braden,Tyler Braden's Engine Co. 18 Golf Outing
