I have been a huge fan of Haley & Michaels from the first time I heard them. Today I received an email from them, sharing news of the recently released the video for “Peace Joy Love”. The song is a collaboration of the duo, along with the Ukrainian Chorus Dumka NY, Jim Brickman and Matt & Savannah.
Along with the photos and video link they sent, the duo shared the following words:
“It’s important to us as artists and songwriters to use our voices to speak up against injustice. It’s been our great honor to work with the Ukrainian Chorus Dumka NY and their incredible conductor, Vasyl Hrechynsky, who wrote the most beautiful choral arrangement for this song! We are proud to share with you on Ukrainian Independence Day (Aug. 24).”
“All proceeds from downloads and streams will be donated to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s UNITED24 fundraising platform to aid the rebuilding of the country’s damaged infrastructure.”
