The Appalachian Fair in Gray, Tennessee, is done – for 2022, that is. And, I think fair-goers are already looking forward to the event in 2023.
We put up a few articles about the concerts we attended. but, unfortunately, we missed a few really good ones. I learned a very long time ago that you just can’t be two places at one time. But, thanks to our friends at WXBQ radio, we have pictures to share with you from the nights we missed. The fair opened on Monday, Aug. 22, with Carly Pearce. You all know Carly, our reigning ACM and CMA Female Vocalist of the Year. Fans were out in full-force to welcome our only female act on this year’s fair schedule.
Tuesday, Aug. 23, put Russell Dickerson on the Main Stage. Since I wasn’t there, I don’t know if I missed my favorite Russell Dickerson song or not, but ikt is “Southern Symphony”. “Twenty Something” and “All Yours All Night” are also among my favorite songs from this super talented artist. Just knowing what I know about Russell Dickerson, I am certain that whatever songs he chose to perform that night were awesome.
We have to send out a huge THANK YOU to our friends at 96.9 WXBQ for sharing these great photos with us, so we can share them with all of you!
