The Texas-based singer had a candid conversation with Shiflett that touched on hanging out with your heroes, Randy Rogers Band’s newest album, Homecoming, “the tour that never ends” and a few Texas Country traditions — including smoking with Willie Nelson. Randy Rogers Band’s latest single is “Fast Car,” which hit Texas Country radio last week and was written by Randy Montana, Wendell Mobley and Lee Miller and declared “the ultimate love song” by CMT. The recently-released music video was filmed at the iconic Billy Bob’s Texas in Fort Worth.
