This is one of our posts for local folks. We do this every now and then when there is something fun and exciting about to happen. Again this year, WXBQ Radio, Food City, and Pepsi have joined with Johnson City’s Freedom Hall to bring us all the best fireworks show in the area. The event will be held on Monday, July 3. And, along with the fireworks, they are bringing us some awesome country entertainment, and a chance for folks to win one of three awesome prizes — Groceries for a year ($10,000), Gas for a year ($3,000), or Pepsi for a year ($1,000).
Headliners this year are Thompson Square. Sharing the stage that eveningi will be George Birge and Matt Stell.
Concessions are available on the grounds, or you can pack a picnic basket. Remember your lawn chairs or a blanket, and plan on coming out for a super fun evening at Freedom Hall (1320 Pactolas Road, Johnson City, TN).
