I think this is a lot more house than it looks like, and it sits on 2.4 acres of property. It was built in 1941, and Dolly and her husband owned it sometime between 1980 and 1996.
The house is 4,795 square feet, and is located in a gated neighborhood in the Glencliff section of Nashville. Inside you will find an eat-in kitchen, walk-in closets, covered patio, out building, a four-car garage, and a lot more. I don’t see any mention of a swimming pool. But, I suppose if I had enough money to buy a $1.2 million house, I could have a pull built after I got there.
