Country singer Rodney Atkins announced on social media recently, that he and his wife, Rose Falcon, have a baby on the way! In an Independence Day announcement, Rodney posted on Facebook (Instagram and Twitter): “Happy Fourth of July! We are thrilled to announce our family is growing. Baby Atkins will arrive in December and we know Elijah is going to be the best big brother.”
Rodney and Rose were married in 2013, in a ceremony in Florida. Rodney’s son (from Rodney’s first marriage), Elijah, was the best man.
We all know Rodney from his hits like “If You’re Going Through Hell,” “these Are My People,” “Watching You,” “Cleaning This Gun,” to mention just a few. And Rose, many of our country music fans know as a singer/songwriter who has had music recorded by Lady Antebellum, Eric Paslay and Faith Hill.
