On July 4, Mo Pitney will be in Johnson City, Tenn., to entertain the crowd at Freedom Hall as part of our 33rd annual Pepsi Independence Day Celebration.  Joining Mo will be Nashville singer/songwriter Brinley Addington, and bluegrass artist, Jimbo Whaley and Greenbriar.

We are sure we will all be hearing Mo’s new single at the event, but wanted to share the video for “Come Do A Little Life,” with our readers today.

This event is always a fun day for the entire family, with a variety of door prizes being offered, food vendors, a 2018 Chevy Sonic being given to one lucky winner, and of course our huge fireworks display at 10 p.m.

Here is the schedule of events for the day:

  • 5pm – Food Vendors Begin
  • 6pm – Jimbo Whaley and Greenbriar
  • 7pm – Brinley Addington
  • 8pm – Miss Food City Hannah Everhart performs the National Anthem
  • 8:15pm – Mo Pitney
  • 10pm – Fireworks Begin

Sponsors of this great day are Pepsi, Food City, Champion Chevrolet, Foster Signs, Precision Electric, Courtyard, The Johnson City Press and WXBQ 96.9 FM.
